§ 1 General Provisions

1. This Administrator's privacy policy specifies information regarding the processing of personal data and other information regarding users of the website available at: https://jeger.com
2. The Website uses a secure SSL protocol, which increases the protection of data transmission on the Internet.
3. To ensure the integrity and confidentiality of data, the Administrator has implemented procedures that allow access to the data only to authorized persons and only to the extent that it is necessary due to the tasks performed by them. The Administrator applies organizational and technical solutions to ensure that all operations on personal data are recorded and carried out only by authorized persons.

§ 3 Purposes, legal basis, and period of data retention

1. Purposes, legal basis, and period of personal data retention:
   1. to contact via telephone or e-mail using the e-mail addresses and telephone numbers provided on the Website, which is the legitimate interest of the Controller (legal basis: Article 6 section 1 (f) of GDPR), consisting in the need to conduct correspondence for the duration of the correspondence and after that for the period corresponding to the period of limitation of claims,
   2. to consider complaints regarding services provided electronically (legal basis: Article 6 section 1b of GDPR), for the time necessary to consider the complaint and after that for the period corresponding to the limitation period for claims,
   3. in connection with maintaining a profile on social media to inform Users about the Controller's activity and promote services and products, as well as to communicate with Users through the functionalities available in social media. The legal basis for the processing of personal data of Users who visit the Controller's profiles is the Controller's legitimate interest that consists in promoting their brand and building and maintaining a community related to the brand (legal basis: Article 6 section 1f) of GDPR.
   4. to pursue claims or defend against claims, which is the legitimate interest of the Controller, legal basis: Article 6 section (1f of GDPR), for a period corresponding to the period of limitation of claims.
2. The Controller may process the following personal data: first name, surname, e-mail address, telephone number, company name, and NIP number.

§ 4 Recipients of user data

The Controller shall disclose personal data of users only to processing entities under concluded contracts for entrusting the processing of personal data for the purpose of providing services to the Controller, in particular to entities providing technical assistance to the Website, entities providing hosting services, as well as legal services.

§ 5 Rights of data subjects

1. Each data subject shall have the right to:
   1. access – obtain confirmation from the Controller as to whether its personal data is being processed. (Article 15 GDPR)
   2. rectify – request to rectify personal data concerning her that are incorrect or to complete incomplete data (Article 16 of GDPR),
   3. delete data – request the deletion of its personal data if the Controller no longer has a legal basis for its processing or the data is no longer necessary for the purposes of processing (Article 17 of GDPR),
   4. limit the processing – request to limit the processing of personal data (Article 18 of GDPR)
   5. transfer data – receive (in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format personal) data concerning the data subject that it has provided to the Controller, and request that the data be sent to another controller if the data is processed based on the consent of the data subject or a contract concluded with their and if the data are processed in an automated manner (Article 20 of GDPR)
   6. object – object to the processing of their personal data for the legitimate purposes of the controller, for reasons related to her particular situation, including profiling (Article 21 of GDPR),
   7. withdraw consent – at any time and without giving any reason, but the processing of personal data carried out before the withdrawal of consent will remain lawful.

To exercise the above-mentioned rights, the data subject should contact the Controller using the provided contact details and inform it about the right and extent to which the data subject wants to exercise it. 3. If, after receiving the application, the data Controller will not be able to determine the content of the request or identify the person applying based on the application, the data Controller will ask the person applying for additional information.
4. A response to the notification shall be given within one month from the date of its receipt. If it is necessary to extend this period, the Controller shall inform the person applying for the reasons for such extension. The response shall be sent to the e-mail address from which the application was sent and, in the case of applications sent in writing, the response shall be sent by registered mail to the address indicated by the person applying, unless the content of the application indicates a desire to receive feedback to the e-mail address.

§ 6 Right to complain with a supervisory authority

The data subject has the right to complain to the supervisory authority dealing with the protection of personal data, which in Poland is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office with its registered office in Warsaw, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw.

§ 7 Information on the requirement/voluntary provision of data

Providing data is voluntary, in connection with the services provided through this Website, with the stipulation that failure to provide the required data will prevent the provision of services.

§ 8 Transfer of data to third countries
(outside the European Economic Area)

The data Controller who uses tools supporting its current activities, provided, for example, by Google, may transfer personal data to a country outside the European Economic Area, in which the entity cooperating with it maintains tools for processing personal data in cooperation with the data Controller. In such a situation, the compliance mechanisms provided for in GDPR shall apply, including standard contractual clauses specified by the Commission of the European Union.

§ 1 Cookies

1. The website uses the cookies mechanism. Cookies are small text files that are saved by the ICT system in the User's ICT system (on a computer, phone, tablet) when browsing the Website, allowing for subsequent identification of the User in the event of a re-connection with the Website from the device (e.g. computer, phone, tablet) on which they were saved.
