§ 3 Purposes, legal basis, and period of data retention

Purposes, legal basis, and period of personal data retention:
- to contact via telephone or e-mail using the e-mail addresses and telephone numbers provided on the Website, which is the legitimate interest of the Controller (legal basis: Article 6 section 1 (f) of GDPR), consisting in the need to conduct correspondence for the duration of the correspondence and after that for the period corresponding to the period of limitation of claims,
- to consider complaints regarding services provided electronically (legal basis: Article 6 section 1b of GDPR), for the time necessary to consider the complaint and after that for the period corresponding to the limitation period for claims,
- in connection with maintaining a profile on social media to inform Users about the Controller's activity and promote services and products, as well as to communicate with Users through the functionalities available in social media. The legal basis for the processing of personal data of Users who visit the Controller's profiles is the Controller's legitimate interest that consists in promoting their brand and building and maintaining a community related to the brand (legal basis: Article 6 section 1f) of GDPR.

The Controller shall disclose personal data of users only to processing entities under concluded contracts for entrusting the processing of personal data for the purpose of providing services to the Controller, in particular to entities providing technical assistance to the Website, entities providing hosting services, as well as legal services.

- withdraw consent – at any time and without giving any reason, but the processing of personal data carried out before the withdrawal of consent will remain lawful.

- If, after receiving the application, the data Controller will not be able to determine the content of the request or identify the person applying based on the application, the data Controller will ask the person applying for additional information.

If it is necessary to extend this period, the Controller shall inform the person applying for the reasons for such extension. The response shall be sent to the e-mail address from which the application was sent and, in the case of applications sent in writing, the response shall be sent by registered mail to the address indicated by the person applying, unless the content of the application indicates a desire to receive feedback to the e-mail address.
§ 6 Right to complain with a supervisory authority
The data subject has the right to complain to the supervisory authority dealing with the protection of personal data, which in Poland is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office with its registered office in Warsaw, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw.
