Rozwoju 3, Biskupice Podgórne, 55-040 Kobierzyce, NIP: 896-154-06-93, REGON: 360319122.

  3. The access to the Website is free of charge. The only cost that Users incur in connection with the use of this Website is the cost of an Internet connection to the Website, which depends on the duration of the connection and the tariff applicable to the network operator used by the User.
  4. The Service Provider provides the User with the rules free of charge and the content of the rules may be obtained, reproduced, and recorded at any time using the ICT system applied by the User. The Rules are also available in PDF format to open the document, the User should have software compatible with the PDF format. The Service Provider recommends Adobe Acrobat Reader for this purpose.
  5. Definitions of terms used in the Rules:
    1. User – a natural person, legal person, or an organizational unit without legal personality who uses services provided electronically.
    2. Website (hereinafter also referred to as the "Site") – the website operating at the electronic address https://jeger.com

SECTION II
TYPES AND SCOPE OF SERVICES PROVIDED ELECTRONICALLY

§ 2 Electronically supplied services

  1. The "Contact" service is available to Users with access to the Website, enabling contact with the Service Provider by phone or e-mail. The service is provided free of charge and in a one-off manner and it is terminated when the message is sent via e-mail or when the User stops sending messages earlier.
  2. The "Content Display" service allows you to browse the content posted on the Website, in particular the product offer offered by the Service Provider.
  3. Since the Website is an ICT system managed by the Service Provider, the Service Provider may carry out technical and IT works that will be aimed at expanding the Website and improving the services provided.
  4. As part of the development of the Website, the Service Provider has the opportunity to:
    1. incorporate new functionalities, as well as make changes or remove existing functionalities within the Website,
    2. introduce the Website to another type of device, e.g. mobile devices.

SECTION III
TERMS OF PROVIDING SERVICES BY ELECTRONIC MEANS

§ 3 Technical conditions

  1. The condition for using the services of the Website is:
    1. having a computer, laptop or other device with Internet access,
    2. having an active e-mail account.
    3. web browser: Mozilla FireFox, Edge, Chrome, Opera, Apple Safari,
    4. ability to save cookies and JavaScript enabled in the web browser,
    5. minimum screen resolution: 1024 x 768 pixels or higher.
  2. If, in order to use the services, it is necessary to meet additional technical conditions other than those indicated in point 1 of this paragraph, the Service Provider shall inform the User about it by including technical conditions in the description available on the Website.
  3. Due to technological changes, the above-mentioned technical requirements may change, in particular the existing software may be replaced with a higher version.
  4. The User of the Website is obliged to:
    1. use the Website in accordance with its intended purpose and refrain from providing unlawful content,
    2. use any content available on the Website solely for their own use,
    3. not to take any action consisting in sending or posting unsolicited commercial information (spam) on the Website,
    4. not to take actions violating the interests of third parties, generally accepted social norms or harming good manners or violating anyone's dignity.

SECTION IV
INFORMATION ON THE SPECIFIC RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH THE CUSTOMERS’ USE OF SERVICES PROVIDED ELECTRONICALLY BY THE SERVICE PROVIDER

§ 4 Hazard information

  1. The Service Provider pays particular attention to the fact that the provision of electronic services is associated with a threat on the part of the User using the Internet.
  2. The basic risks associated with using the Internet include:
    1. malware – various types of applications or scripts causing harmful or malicious activity in relation to the ICT system of the Network User, such as viruses, worms, Trojans,
    2. spyware – programs that track the User's activities and collect information about the User and send it to the author of the program,
    3. hacking into the User's system using hacking tools,
    4. phishing confidential information, e.g. passwords by impersonating another person,
    5. spam – unwanted and unsolicited electronic messages sent simultaneously to many recipients, often containing advertising content,
    6. crypto-analysis – the ability to detect a vulnerability in a cryptographic system in order to allow it to be broken or circumvented.
  3. To avoid the above risks, the user should install an antivirus program on the computer or device with which it connects to the Internet. The program should be constantly updated. In addition, it is recommended that the User using the services provided electronically has a firewall running, does not open e-mail attachments of unknown origin, and regularly scans the entire system with an antivirus program.
  4. Any unusual signals regarding the functioning of the Website, in particular a different appearance of the Website, unprecedented messages, messages, images, etc. without prior notice sent by the Service Provider to Users as to the possibility of such incidents, may mean an attempt of unlawful action by third parties. In such circumstances, the Service Provider recommends immediately discontinuing the use of the Website and notifying the Service Provider of the fact.

SECTION V
COMPLAINT PROCEDURE

§ 5 Complaints regarding the provision of services via electronic means

  1. Complaints related to the operation of the Website may be submitted electronically to the following e-mail address: office@jeger.com or in writing to the following address: Global Point spółka z o.o. spółka komandytowa, address: ul. Rozwoju 3, Biskupice Podgórne, 55-040 Kobierzyce.
  2. In the complaint, please provide the data of the person submitting the complaint, in particular: first name and surname, correspondence address, e-mail address, description of the problem underlying the complaint, indication of the method of responding to the complaint (by post or electronically).
  3. The Service Provider shall respond to the submitted complaint within 14 days from the date of its receipt by sending an appropriate response in accordance with the method chosen by the User.

SECTION VI
PERSONAL DATA, FINAL PROVISIONS

§ 6 Personal data protection

  1.   3. The data Controller declares that it has the necessary IT systems and applies appropriate procedures to ensure protection against unauthorized access of third parties to personal data in accordance with the requirements of the GDPR.
  4. Detailed rules regarding the processing of personal data are available in the "Privacy Policy" tab. The privacy policy contains rules regarding the processing of personal data by the Administrator, including legal bases, purposes and period of personal data processing and the rights of data subjects, as well as information about cookies.

§ 7 Final Provisions

  1. In matters not covered by these Rules, the provisions of generally applicable Polish law shall apply, in particular the Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of electronic services (Journal of Laws of 2020, item 344), Act of 23 April 1964 of the Civil Code (Journal of Laws of 2023, items 1610, 1615, 1890, 1933) and other relevant provisions of generally applicable law.
  2. The copyright and intellectual property rights to the Website as a whole and its individual elements, including content, graphics, designs and marks available on the Website belong to the Service Provider or other authorized third parties, are protected by copyright and other provisions of generally applicable law.
  3. The Service Provider makes every effort to ensure the proper functioning of the Website and the possibility of using services provided electronically. Due to external factors beyond the control of the Service Provider (e.g. DDoS attacks), it is possible, however, that errors and technical failures may occur, preventing or limiting the functioning of the Website in any way. In such a case, the Service Provider shall take all possible measures to ensure that the negative effects of such events are limited as much as possible.
  4. The Service Provider shall inform the Users about any errors and technical failures referred to in point 3 of this paragraph and the expected time of their removal.
  5. In addition to interruptions caused by errors and technical failures, there may also be other technical interruptions during which the Service Provider takes actions to modernize the Website. The Service Provider informs Users about planned technical breaks in advance, informing them about the duration of the planned technical break.
