Product description
Jeger Primer for difficult surfaces it is a water-soluble, anti-corrosive primer for use on difficult surfaces, including metal, laminate, PVC glass, and MDF, to improve the adhesion of the decorative top coat. The product is intended for outdoor and indoor use.
Substrate preparation
The substrate should be dry, clean, and stable. Remove any damaged (e.g., flaking or cracked) previous paint coatings. Fill any surface defects. Clean previously painted surfaces of any contaminants that may reduce the adhesion of the product, e.g., greasy stains and rust. If mold or mildew is present, remove it using a suitable preparation. Degrease the surface with a suitable preparation, e.g., acetone..
Product application
Mix the product thoroughly before use. Do not dilute with water. Do not mix with other paints. Apply with a brush or roller. Spray application is possible (if necessary, the paint can be diluted with max. 2% water). Apply at a temperature between +8°C and +25°C, with a relative humidity of max. 82%. Apply the next coat after at least 2 hours. After finishing painting, wash the painting tools with warm water.
