Jeger Millennium All in One Joint compound This is a ready-to-use product designed for local or complete smoothing of walls and ceilings, in layers up to 3 mm thick. It is characterized by high vapor permeability, easy sanding, and simple, comfortable processing. It spreads perfectly, allowing for exceptionally smooth and aesthetic surfaces. It can be applied both manually and by machine. Intended for indoor use on all absorbent and porous substrates such as plaster, concrete, gypsum plasterboard, and cement fiberboard.

Substrate preparation

The substrate should be dry, clean, sound, dust-free, free from grease, salt and biological contaminants such as mold and algae. Remove any damaged (e.g., flaking or cracked) coatings, adhesive paints, and lime. The product is not suitable for use on damp substrates. To increase adhesion, strengthen the substrate and uniform the absorbency of the surface, it is recommended to use a deep-penetrating primer.

Product application

Mix the product thoroughly before use. Depending on the application method, up to 5% water may be added. Apply manually or by machine (minimum nozzle diameter 0.035") at a temperature between +8°C and +25°C, with a maximum relative humidity of 82%, avoiding drafts. Do not apply a layer thicker than 3 mm in a single coat. Level the applied finish with a trowel. For a perfectly level surface, apply at least two coats, each subsequent coat after the previous one has completely dried. Leave to dry completely. After finishing work, wash tools with warm water.
