Product description

Jeger Uniwersal Primer Designed for indoor and outdoor use. Its special formula ensures easy application and deep penetration into the substrate. It strengthens and evens out the absorbency of mineral substrates and reduces the absorbency of porous substrates and previously painted walls and facades. It is ideal as a primer for paints, plasters, wallpapers, leveling and self-leveling floors, fillers, adhesives, ceramic tiles, and as a protective coating for screeds.

Substrate preparation

The surface should be dry, clean, stable, and free of dust. Remove any damaged (e.g., flaking or cracked) coatings, adhesive paints, and lime.

Product application

Mix the product thoroughly before use. Apply the primer diluted or undiluted, depending on the absorbency of the substrate. Apply with a brush or roller at a temperature between +8°C and +25°C, with a relative humidity of max. 82%, avoiding drafts. For highly absorbent substrates, apply the first coat of primer diluted with water in a 1:1 ratio, and after drying, apply a second coat of primer undiluted. Apply the top coat no earlier than 2 hours after priming. After finishing painting, wash the painting tools with warm water.
