When will you receive the shipment?
All our wallpapers are prepared and printed on individual order, and the delivery time is maximum up to 7 working days (5 days is order processing and 1-2 days is courier delivery).
Your satisfaction with our product is the most important thing for us, so at every stage of order processing we try to make sure that the shipment reaches you as soon as possible.
Complaints and returns: when you receive your shipment, check your wallpaper carefully. If you notice that the wallpaper has defects, please contact us as soon as possible. All complaints about wallpaper, we process even before the wallpaper is installed on the wall.
